Can I book online?

Yes, when your branch, dates and vehicle class have approved capacity, pricing and policies. You will see the exact mileage choice, extras, HST and total before secure hosted payment. If online checkout is not available for that selection, you can send a no-payment request for staff review.

What do I need to bring at pickup?

Bring every driver's physical original licence. The primary renter also brings the physical card used for the pickup deposit. A foreign-licensed primary renter may need a passport and an IDP or translation. Snap collects typed pre-check-in details only, never licence or passport images.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes. The deposit is a separate terminal preauthorization at pickup on a physical major credit card in the primary renter's name; it is not charged during online checkout. Your quote and agreement show the applicable guidance, and the card issuer controls when released funds become available again.

What is the fuel or mileage policy?

Fuel is like-for-like. Published online rates identify either limited mileage, including the daily and 30-day allowance plus excess-kilometre price, or unlimited mileage within approved travel. Protection and excess choices appear only after owner and insurer approval.

Can I pick up at one location and drop off at another?

Not in the first online-booking release. Pickup and return must use the same branch. Contact the team for an exceptional trip request.

The class I want shows as fully booked. Should I still request it?

You can send a request, but it remains unconfirmed until staff responds. Online availability is calculated for the full rental window; staff may still suggest another class or operational option.

How do I pay?

Eligible online bookings use TD/Clover hosted checkout, so Snap never stores your full card number or security code. A request-only selection takes no payment. The pickup security deposit is handled separately at the counter terminal.

How do changes and cancellations work?

A confirmed renter can verify their email in the guest portal, view the exact policy version accepted, cancel when eligible, or submit a change request. A change request does not alter the reservation until Snap issues updated confirmation. Legacy requests remain unconfirmed until staff responds.
